1. General

These terms and conditions explain and govern your rights and obligations in using the www.wuffstuff.com website and placing orders for goods purchased through the site. You should read these terms carefully as they affect your liabilities under law. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms do not affect these.

In using the website and placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions of this site. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions then you should not register for this site or place an order.

This website, www.wuffstuff.com is owned and operated by Wuffstuff.com Limited. Wuffstuff.com Limited is a registered UK company with registration number 06663067. Our registered office is 21 Angel Hill, Tiverton, Devon, EX16 6PE, telephone 01398 331800.

We may change the terms at any time by posting such changes on the site without notice. Your continued use of the site following any changes shall mean you are bound by the new terms.

2. Purchasing from Wuffstuff.com

The site and goods sold through it are subject to change without prior notice. We will inform you of any changes to advertised goods prior to despatch of the goods to you.

In order to bring you the best possible prices, our prices are subject to change without prior notification. Price changes will not affect orders where we have already sent you a despatch confirmation email.

All specifications, sizes, photographs, descriptive matter and advertising published by us or contained on our site are issued only for giving an approximate idea of the goods described in them and colours shown are intended as a guide only. They do not form part of the terms.

Whilst every attempt has been made to keep the site up-to-date and error free, we can accept no liability for errors on the site. Product descriptions and pricing errors may occur. Following receipt of an order from you, if we discover we have made an error we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You will then have the right to cancel or confirm your order based on the correct information. In the event of obvious inaccuracies in the prices quoted on the site, we reserve the right not to fulfill and/or cancel any orders placed by you in reliance on the inaccurate prices. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled and refund any monies received from you in respect of your order.

All prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) as applicable at current VAT rate.

All products are subject to availability. Should any product(s) on your order be unavailable we will refund you the cost of that product(s) on your order rather than offer you a substitute product which you may not desire.

3. Site Use

The content and copyright of the site is owned by or licensed to us.

You are permitted to view and print pages for your personal use. Use of the information on the site for any other purpose must be with our prior written permission.

By registering on the site and/or placing an order with us, you allow us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying the goods to you (including passing your details on to our couriers). We may also use your personal details to contact you with new products, offers and general advertising.

Customer accounts are at the discretion of wuffstuff.com. We reserve the right to suspend or close customer accounts that misuse the site, or for any other reason without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and your password and restricting access to your computer to avoid unauthorised access to your account. You accept that activities that occur under your account or password are your responsibility.

From time to time the site may be unavailable whilst we undertake maintenance or updates to the site. We will try to restore the site as soon as reasonably practical.

4. Ordering

When you place an order with us you are making an offer to purchase the goods. We will send you an email confirming that we have received your order. You should keep this email as we may need details from this in communication with you, as applicable.

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed that we have accepted your order and received payment in full. Your order will be deemed to have been accepted when we despatch to you the goods which form your order. We may, at our discretion, reject your order and refund your monies received.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been despatched. Please keep this email as it may be required in correspondence between you and us in the future, as applicable.

You may view the status of your order by logging in to your account on the www.wuffstuff.com site and viewing your order history.

If you need to amend or cancel your order please contact customerservice@wuffstuff.com as soon as possible. Once we have processed your order we cannot guarantee changes will be made should these requests be made to us. As such the Returns procedure may have to be followed. If your order has not been processed we will make every effort to amend or cancel your order as requested.

We accept payment by credit/debit card and/or cleared funds via PayPal. Card payments can be made using VISA, Mastercard, SOLO, and Switch Maestro. An order will not be despatched until it has been paid for in full.

5. Delivery

Wuffstuff.com endeavours to keep postage and packing charges to a minimum. Available delivery methods will be displayed to you at checkout prior to payment.

Delivery methods

Economy delivery - £2.75

Your order will be despatched via Royal Mail 48TM and should arrive with you in approximately 3-5 working days. However we would ask you to wait 7 working days before contacting our Customer Service Team for assistance.

Standard delivery - £3.50

Your order will be despatched via Royal Mail 24TM and should arrive with you in approximately 2-3 working days. However we would ask you to wait 5 working days before contacting our Customer Service Team for assistance.

Express delivery - £8.00

Your order will be despatched via express courier and should arrive with you in approximately 1-2 working days. Express deliveries may require a signature. Orders will usually be despatched the same day1.

Free delivery

Where selected products are offered with free delivery your order should arrive with you within 5 working days. Deliveries shall be made via any one of our chosen couriers and may require a signature.

Delivery Time


Wuffstuff.com understands the importance of getting your products to you within the indicated timescale and therefore endeavours to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt.  Orders placed after 12noon on a Friday will not be processed and despatched until the following Monday (with the exception of Public Holidays when your order will be processed on the next working day).

Orders with multiple items

Should you order more than one product (where one or more of the products are advertised with free delivery), please be assured that the postage charges shown at checkout will only apply to those products within your basket which do incur a delivery charge.

Please note that multiple item orders may arrive in separate shipments however this will be confirmed to you via email upon the despatch of your order.

Where we deliver


The delivery methods enable Wuffstuff.com to despatch orders via Royal Mail to locations throughout the UK. In instances where it is necessary to utilise a courier to deliver your order due to the location, it may be necessary to charge a supplement2. Please contact the Customer Service Team prior to ordering if you think you may be affected by this.


1 Every effort will be made to ensure your order is despatched the same day, however this cannot be guaranteed. It is recommended that you contact the Customer Service team prior to ordering who will confirm whether same day despatch is available.

6. Returns

Wuffstuff.com is committed to providing you with the best possible products, prices and service. All products carry a 12 month warranty. If however you find your product to be faulty, damaged in transit, differing from the description on the Wuffstuff.com website or you are not happy with the product you may return it to us.

Faulty products will be replaced and where no replacement is available a refund will be issued. If you consider your product to be faulty but on return to us it is found to be satisfactory then your product will be returned to you and no replacement or refund will be issued.

The 12 month warranty excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, wear and tear or failure to follow the instructions.

Customers wishing to return any part or all of their order should contact the Customer Service Team outlining their order number, details of the product(s) to be returned and the reason for the return. The Customer Service Team will notify you of the return instructions.

Should any of the products in your order not meet your requirements this must be advised to the Customer Service Team within fourteen days of delivery. Only within this period will a full product refund be provided.

Returns for orders where the product does not meet your requirements such as (but not limited to) incorrect size, incorrect colour, misdescription, may be returned for a full product refund. The returned product must however be in its original re-saleable condition (unused with any tags and/or labels attached). Wuffstuff.com reserves the right to refuse a refund request where the returned product does not comply with the returns policy. In such circumstances the returned product will be delivered back to you.

Customers seeking to exchange their products, e.g. for an alternative size or colour, may return their existing product (in accordance with the above return procedure) and then re-order the correct product as desired.

Unless the product is faulty or damaged it is your responsibility and cost to return the product to us (in accordance with the above procedure). Wuffstuff.com recommends, for your own security, that you use a tracked delivery service for your return.

7. Communication

Given the electronic nature of the online purchasing from wuffstuff.com you accept that communication will be mainly electronic. We will contact you either via email or by posting information on the site.
